First posts or examples are what we base your admission on. A hold does not guarantee you the role. It just means that we will not give the role to someone else who might apply for the same spot until you've applied and your first post has been reviewed, or until the original hold expires. The stronger of the journals will be chosen.

Research is key. This is a celebrity Role Playing Community. If you don't know the movies your celeb has been in, tv shows or songs they've performed, or who their co-stars/tour mates are and have been, look it up. Subscribe to
Google News and get email alerts for your specific celeb(s).

Rules.
How To Join:


Before you apply please make sure the character you want to play is open via the Taken list linked at the bottom of this page. Holds are 48 hours. Extensions can be given. A hold doesn't guarantee acceptance and others may still apply for a role that's held and/or applied for, as we're not first come first serve. Journals must consist of names ONLY. First, middle, last, variations of it. No nicknames or character names. Yes, you may PM your application if you don't wish to comment with it but comments are screened.

Once you're added, make a post in hollywoodglam to introduce yourself (your character, that is) and let everyone know that you're here. Friends and AIM list can be found in the shaped journal. Should you fail to request membership AND intro within 48 hours, the role is up for grabs again, however you may re-apply as long as it's open. If your comment was deleted, your application was rejected. Feel free to PM and ask us for a reason if you'd like.

Make friends, say hello. Don't be afraid to IM first. Introduce yourself. Comment in people's journals. We want a friendly community.
